Message Considering it's a short sentence, it doesn't need to be divided with a semicolon. When the sentence is short, you can use only a comma; when the sentence is long or has other commas in it, like this one, a semicolon works better.

Putting eBay "performance" parts on your Nissan 300ZX is like putting Pep Boys wheels on your Cadillac Escalade... even people on welfare know better.
